Our Funeral Director was Claire Ward. At all stages of the process she was very compassionate, understanding and professional. She was available to discuss any concerns and kept us regularly updated. The day of the funeral went very smoothly.

Our lovely mam passed away on the 12th February and we were all so heartbroken, devastated and completely lost!! We contacted Hoggs and Stephen came to see us to start the process and arrangements to collect Mam from the hospital. Stephen told us the steps

We contacted Hoggs and Stephen came to see us to start the process and arrangements to collect Mam from the hospital.
Stephen told us the steps of what would happen from the hospital, council and themselves and once they had everything in place regarding paperwork they could take her to be cared for.
Stephen was very professional and empathetic to the family and anything we were unsure of or needed we could call anytime.
We knew from meeting Stephen our mam was in very safe hands and would be well looked after by Stephen and the team at Hoggs while the funeral arrangements were prepared for her final journey.
Thanks for everything Stephen and especially your kind words and hug at the cemetery! Thanks for all the help and support you and the rest of Hoggs gave us! Yous were so professional and kind.
