Gemma, she made things that little easier for us and was so helpful during this difficult time, I just knew mam was being taken care of and loved the way she was referring to my mam as mam throughout, she made me feel that she wasnt just another person but someone cared about and that is special.

John put us all at ease and was with us every step of the way in the emotional day. Visits in person really helped us to organise the perfect funeral and the day went off without any issues.

We cannot thank Claire enough for the incredible care and support she showed our family . She helped us through our dads funeral in April and then our mams in July losing both parents in such a short time was heartbreaking, but Claire treated us with deep compassion, dignity, and kindness she thought of every little detail and was a truly steady comfort through it all we are forever grateful .

Dealing with the loss of our mam (Ellen) has been very difficult for the entire family, as it would be for anyone loosing a loved one. However once we had spoken to Stephen at the Farringdon branch it immediately felt like a weight had been lifted. Professional, compassionate and nothing has ever been to much trouble. The entire team we delt with have been fantastic throughout. Having John G Hoggs dealing with mams funeral allowed us to celebrate mams life and give her the send off she would have wanted.
