Claire Ward and Grant Wilson helped out a local foodbank in December, packing up food parcels for local families.
Giving their time to sit and have a cuppa with people, listened to their stories and offered support where possible. Both Claire and Grant have continued helping once a week at the foodbank and hope to continue doing this on a long-term basis.
Claire said: “We have provided supplies to the foodbank through collections between staff members. We have made such good friends with the families using the foodbank, broken down barriers and gained their trust. It’s been a privilege to help out and see the incredible work that Hope4All do in the community.”
