My wife and I first used John Hogg 11 years ago for Carole's dad and really liked the way everything was conducted. When Carole was diagnosed with terminal cancer we discussed who we would use. John Hogg was what she wanted as the way her dad's funeral was conducted left a lasting impression. The family were again not disappointed and with the help and advise of Gemma and Caitland, mainly Gemma, everything was brilliant. Could not fault the company at all and would definitely recommend them

We chose John Hogg because they had taken such good care of Dad 13 years ago. They looked after mam with dignity and respect and Claire was so supportive especially as I was dealing with arrangements on my own. My mam had planned her funeral before she died . From this time to the service itself ,all staff at John Hogg were , empathetic,patient and very supportive. Each one I had any dealings with were very aware of excellent customer care ,taking away any worries for me .
Stuart looked after us ,he became like a family member,I really believe he cared .
